A short video to provide some guidance on the wonders of this VERY different practice. Kundalini Yoga is a magical science that uses sound, mantra, energy healing, exercises and meditations to release trauma from the energetic body, which surrounds the physical body. It is physically awakening, yet allows all the tension to drop off you as you enter into a very deep savasana (relaxation).
All classes can be modified for your physical needs. If you need to take breaks or stop the physical action, keep utilizing the breath or chant being instructed to keep the energy flowing. Listen to the body telling you when to rest, digest, and move forward in your practice.
