A short video to inform and enlighten you of what to expect. 1st thing to understand it is not about coming to a space of no thoughts. 2nd It is about taking time for yourself every day to observe. 3rd it is as important as brushing your teeth, taking a shower, putting food in your belly. JUST DO IT.
All meditations are Kundalini Yoga Meditations. I have fallen in love with these meditations because they are active – you may be asked to use your voice, move your arms or the breath, while meditating. What does this do? DIRECT YOUR THOUGHTS, so instead of being mastered by the thoughts you decide where they will focus. You will still have thoughts creep in, but stay steady on the meditation.
These meditations are baby steps into a greater devotional meditation practice. All of them 3 minutes long with time to drop in, meditate, and slowly come out. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE if you feel called to take the 3 minutes longer up to 11 minutes. Build that discipline to sit with yourself by yourself – and in love with yourself.
