Sadhana is a spiritual practice.
The journey may feel very similar every time you settle into it.

However it shows up for you, it is an opportunity to locate Your Truth in body, mind, energy, and emotions.
A daily practice isn't about working towards and arriving at a pinnacle pose but more about becoming more self-aware while growing more flexible, strong, and balanced.
It is all-encompassing: Kundalini Yoga, meditation, and pranayama. It reaches who and how you are while allowing space to connect to where you want to go.
