The Kirtan Kriya for New Beginnings
Sa Ta Na Ma is a chant that creates a new pathway. It is one of my personal favorites to direct the mind not only while practicing but also while doing life.
Imagine going for a walk, running, riding a bike, doing the dishes, doing laundry, or while showering, letting yourself ride this wave... Sa Ta Na Ma on repeat.
Sing it, say it, whisper it, or silently repeat these sounds to direct the mind -
as if to say, "I am what I am."
Sifting through the chatter to rest on your truth.
The benefits of this chant are amazing;
~ calms the mind
~ balances the pineal and pituitary glands
~ prevents Dementia and Alzheimer
~ improves focus
~ emotional regulation
When you want to steady yourself and sift through chaos, try directing the mind with the vibration of Sa Ta Na Ma;)
