Find freedom in your body! Joint pain is no joke. We hold our breath. We hold our aches and pains. We hold our brains on the source of that pain. It drives our lives. This class allows us to move the blood within our joints from our head to our toes. It creates warmth in the body which helps release inflammation that causes our suffering.
