Hey everyone! I hope you are beginning to browse and feel your way through the offerings.
Celdyn and I were excited to be able to add a few Hatha classes before we left for vacation. I want to make sure there is an even offering between the energetic and more restful styles of yoga. Think of the kundalini yoga as cleansing and awakening classes while building stamina and endurance. Hatha yoga is slower and more alignment based which means building strength and flexibility. Play with them both - I look forward to hearing how you like both.
Today we completed recording 3 restorative classes! Celdyn is hoping to get them on the site ready for you to dip into that extremely restful space by tomorrow evening.
I believe there is a nice amount of easeful, peaceful, and useful classes already. Please share with the group here; are you struggling? if so, with what and how? what do you love? where are you resting most in the body and mind?
This forum is a place for us to connect in a safe and supportive environment. I totally realize some of you will love some practices and hate others - you're human and everyday we respond with our emotions on our sleeves. This is the space to share and encourage each other.
