Happy Sunday everyone! Celdyn is busy working on loading some great videos. A new series, Yoga Talk, that will allow you to dive deeper into the yoga practice off the mat. I encourage you to take a seat, journal your thoughts and feelings, and maybe even share. Yoga is a life practice! Moving the body moves the mind, so that's why we feel different during and after practice.
In addition to the new series, I created a videos that invite a 'chair'. I teach regularly a kundalini chair yoga class in the libraries. The students love it and I love their response! It doesn't take much to feel the immediate change in the body. They inspired the 'Kundalini Chair - Self Modifying' class. So when you are needing to take a seat, this video offers you the tools to empower your practice.
In Hatha yoga a chair can teach patience, strength, and flexibility like no other. It requires us to slow down and can really deepen the rest of your practice. Our stability in the spine will thank us as we sit, stand, and move life. I hope you enjoy it!
