It is so easy to get distracted, waist deep in our responsibilities, and drawn away from what will make a difference in how you show up in life. Yoga is more than the practice of meditation and asana or exercises. What happens while you do those things help bring clarity and energy within all the different areas within your life.
DON'T NOT DO YOU!!! Carve out that 3 minute meditation everyday and a 30 minute class a few times a week if everyday is not attainable. No exceptions. You would never tell a child to skip what makes them feel better, sleep better, move better in life. Begin to speak to yourself like your under contract - construction - work in progress. We all are!
