Moving may need to feel steady and still in a yin, restorative, yoga nidra practice because you have moved the physical body ragged. Maybe your head is spinning out of control so move the body to cleanse with kundalini and hatha yoga. There is always something for you to do - maybe even nothing like yoga nidra to just BE.
The meditations are not long or easy but they are EXTREMELY effective. They might seem weird or awkward, but what if...what if they work taking you from where you are to where you want to be? Take a chance because you are worth it!
