I hope this finds you well. In light of where we sit across the country and world, I wanted to reach out to you. Your yoga practice is an essential tool to keeping your immune system strong. Here are some tips:
Meditation - Sa Ta Na Ma
Morning or afternoon practice - hatha, chair, or kundalini yoga to move out tension and stress sitting in the physical body.
Evening practice - yin, restorative, or yoga nidra to quiet the mind and calm the nervous system.
Eat and drink to hydrate and nourish the whole self!!!
Legs up the wall before bed if you are experiencing insomnia or restless life syndrome.
