Good morning everyone! On May 1st we will begin a guided month exploring all of the different styles offered. This will move you to practicing equanimity on your yoga mat that will trickle into your life and create that same feeling off our mat.
What to expect? doing practices you don't always want to do or you may have never even tried.
This is great because it breaks up monotonous patterns in your muscle both in your body and mind. You will learn a lot about yourself doing what you don't normally do;)
What not to expect? you will not get tired from over doing or under doing. Life should not be exhausting and especially not your yoga practice. This is the point of the challenge - exploring the tools!
Your yoga practice can ground you, lift you, nourish you, feed you. There are so many styles so this month it is about exploring what styles do what for you.
