Happy Friday Everyone! I hope this finds you healthy and happy.
You will find a NEW ALL Level Kundalini CLASS called Repair the Nervous System.
For those of you have been "restricted" to chair yoga, make sure you watch the tips n tricks video. Once you have gone through all the chair classes, you can then move on to the kundalini classes. You can stay on your chair when I am seated or lying down. If I stand you then can either stay seated or join me in standing. This gives you more classes to do and an opportunity to grow.
