Om shanthi everyone! I hope you had a fabulous July 4th holiday. Last week, I uploaded 2 new classes:
Sadhana 2 Chair Yoga
Stimulate & Adjust Kundalini Level 1/2
Both classes are great to help strengthen and repair our nervous system, which directly helps the immune system.
Make sure you are taking the time to cleanse and clear the body and mind of distractions and toxins. This may be from what you digest physically, mentally, and emotionally. I recently heard alcohol sales have gone up 300% during the pandemic!!! Sadly, I believe I contributed to this for the 1st 3 months because I wasn't working. Now that I am clocking in, I have to take better care in what I am doing daily so that I can be at my best when I do my job.
Ask yourself: are you finding balance in how you are feeding your life? Food. Beverage. People. Reading. Watching. Exercise. Rest. Depending on how you are acting: all of these things draw you to a state of balance or take you away from it.
What and how does that look? You have stamina and energy to do the daily things. You feel rested and awake. You respond and react in life with gratitude and patience. When life is challenging, you are OK not being OK.
Remember to DO a daily meditation. All that is required is 3 minutes. It will help give you an idea of how you are as you move into your day. This is key!!! So join me online here or on Yoga DiVita's FaceBook Let's Breathe to be the best version of you today.
