This series of classes works on cleansing the lower chakras to move energy into the higher chakras. The lower chakras represent how we see ourselves in the material world. It is necessary to feel strong, stable, and supported; however, we can sometimes become stuck in the worries, anxieties, and stress. The higher chakras allow us to move from the ME to the WE. You will begin to move, speak, and see in a space of love. Spiritually we begin to connect, grow, and share our innate gifts to the world.
We will connect with ‘Sat Nam’ throughout the classes to focus the mind on our truth. Listen and feel your vibration as you chant. Pause and modify to take care of yourself as much as needed. In Joy!
