A simple posture to support a tight, achy, and sore back. Sometimes all we have time for is one pose. Maybe all we need is one pose to feel whole again! This is the 1st short tutorial to release muscles along the spine. Stay put for at least 5 minutes, however 15 minutes is optimal. It takes the mind some time to settle into “I can rest, relax, and receive”. Don’t rush and In Joy!
