Balance is a juggling act.
But first, do you know what it feels like in your body, mind, and heart to feel balanced TODAY?
We are great at trying to return to that one time in life when you experienced good. It is only human of us to want to get back to that place.
Can we reflect on what helped support that place in time?
Some we need to let go of because let's be honest (truth), we are different as we age, and life looks different. Our responsibilities, relationships, health, and work changes as we move through life. It should, too;)
So, being honest means letting go and making room for new ways to create balance in where you are today.
I have been studying and practicing Yoga since 1998 - I am not that 20-year-old anymore. I love her because she is me. I no longer want to be so critical, rigid, and judgemental of myself. I will take her peace-loving and firey spirit to channel where I am today.
Take a moment and reflect on your expectations and aspirations today while living a balanced life.
