Take two powerful inhales through the mouth, then exhale thoroughly through the nose.
Seated position with hands in gyan mudra, pointing finger and thumb together, palms facing forward, alongside shoulders.
This breath is only practiced for 1 minute, followed by 1 minute to observe.
