In the yogic tradition, saucha is the guideline to cleanse, purify, or clear.
This practice helps connect, sweep, and free ourselves of any attachments cluttering our bodies and minds.
We may experience sleepless nights, joint aches, or a disrupted digestive system when imbalanced. In our character traits, we may be impatient, angry, indecisive, or lack boundaries.
We connect to our truth, intuition, and the divine when balanced. This shows up in our clear expression of ourselves and the world and in answering the call of our needs to support ourselves better physically and mentally. Harmony and peace are obtained more easily.
This practice helps prepare us as we move into our days.
Keep showing up by carving out the time in your schedule to wreak the benefits of the practice.
You can do it!
