The truth lies within the 5th chakra, the energetic center of communication and the gateway for energy between the head and lower body parts. When blocked or unbalanced, you might end up over- or under-speaking.
This is where Kundalini Yoga is ideal.
It uses physical movements and breathing exercises to cleanse and ground the energetics within you. Each day, show up open to wash the body, mind, and heart of yesterday, last year, and lifetimes ago.
Can you be present here and now?
Within this practice, you may have already begun connecting to the beautiful pause between exercises. Some self-inquiry;
How do you do with that space?
Does it feel welcome?
Is it met with impatience, exhaustion, or sadness?
Is it like taking a sip of fresh air?
There is no right or wrong answer, which may change with time. You are evolving with every moment of each day. Be proud of showing up for this self-exploration. I am proud of you.
