The reality is your unique experience.
My teacher, Trace Sahaja Bonner, once said, "The lens you look through is like a panoramic view of directing your movie."
With that said, every moment shared with other humans and creatures and Gaia is witnessed through their own stories. Not one movie is the same.
That is brilliant and calls for compassion and patience for all.
Get good at owning the production of YOUR movie. How you think, speak, and act has a ripple effect on your body, mind, spirit, and the Universe.
If that is TOO big for you, keep showing up for your truth, sifting through the truth buckets so that each moment is new and not tainted by past vibrations.
The Buckets: 1. My truth. 2. Not my truth. 3. Not necessary.
Authentic living is not for the faint at heart but for those who are willing to start again each day as a beginner.
