As you enter the end of something (challenge, era, event, etc.), ask yourself:
What have I learned about myself?
What should I take with me?
What should I let go of?
How can I move forward in light of all these things?
This 40-day sadhana doesn't have to end. You can continue the journey of plugging into yourself every day. Imagine the body, mind, and heart riding this loving journey as a means to enter the world as your best self.
You can meet your fears, doubts, and anxiety in a supportive and kind space. You can build courage, strength, and kindness to direct your life toward the highest good and authentic truth.
Show up and you will be held up ~ Yogi Bhajan
