Sometimes we need to just need to meet and greet the entire
body with the breath. This class allows us to really move into
the physical body and breath to create heat. This warmth will
let the aches and pains melt away, however create strength
and flexibility. This class would be great to repeat – when you
don’t want to think and just do!
