OH to our junk drawers called the hips. This is a steady and strong class both in standing and seated postures to rest in opening our hips. The standing postures focus on creating strength in the quadriceps, inner thighs, and gluteus maximus. The seated postures focus on building flexibility to the surrounding areas of the hips: lower back and hamstrings. Free up space by cleaning up and clearing out the cob webs where we physically store our emotions.
