Sometimes we need to listen more. Whom am I kidding, most of the time we need to listen and physically move our bodies more;)
When the mind is overrun by a million thoughts, do something physically.
Go for a walk, swim, garden, paint, bike ride, dance, or even clean your house LOL:)
When we get our blood circulating, we move our hearts which then opens us up. Instead of running our mouths physically or mentally, we create space in between the thoughts. Space creates less stress, doubts, fear, and anger.
Space gives an opportunity for something new.
For instance; space allows for a different perspective, letting go of what really isn't important, or what can not be changed.
