How do you want to feel?
What have you wanted to do?
As challenges arise in the safety of the practice, listen to your internal dialogue and how you would/want to react in those moments (quit or overdue).
Maybe you can become your greatest cheerleader:)
Maybe you can respond by pushing through the pattern to quit and/or modifying where you are.
There are always options ~ your inner guru is waiting to be heard.
