Why? You are human. You aren't always going to be beautiful, smart, and have it all figured out. You are going to screw up, struggle, and be a hot mess. Let's face it, life will come with some doozies.
When you show up with loving yourself in these moments, the hardness melts a bit faster. Your nervous system will respond too. You will feel the calm and safety of being okay where you are...even if you are not okay.
