Our aura is the energy that surrounds us. Imagine a bubble that contains your mood, emotions, strengths, and weaknesses. When we strengthen it, we have the ability to clean out what doesn't serve us, remove that which isn't ours, and improve our ability to discern what is allowed to penetrate our space.
This work helps us recognize boundaries. It is never too late to determine when you go somewhere, who you interact with, and how you can better prepare and repair your life.
