To initiate or begin anything, we need action.
You can pray for it, think about it, meditate on it, and look for all the signs, but there is no better way to make change than through speaking and action to activate manifestation.
Breathing Practices
The breath of inhaling the left nostril and exhaling through the right nostril was practiced to activate the side of the brain that starts action.
Breath of Fire energizes and detoxifies ~ think of it as a controlled fire. Burning away residue while productively starting your engine.
The Chant
Har Hari is pronounced hud hadee.
It is the chant of manifestation and creativity. It is powerful! It works directly with your 2nd and 3rd chakras.
Between the Naad Meditation, breathing practices, directing our mind with Har Hari, and the aerobic kriya set ~ I hope you feel alive & ready to move into your day!
