This Morning Connection
The world is always spinning, yet we don't necessarily notice it. However, when the chaos around us feels out of control, it can be very hard to find a sense of grounding in love & light. We may feel drawn into the chaos.
This morning, I began with a guided tantric meditation. Tantric gets you in your feeling space and helps draws us down into the earth to ground us.
It is a personal experience, so whatever came up for you is for YOU.
Emotions can move us upward in our energetic bodies and leave us feeling instability in our sense of strength, safety, and support physically, mentally, and energetically. So...
Ground. Ground. Ground.

When wishing for something new, how do you create room for it?
What you do today matters AND what you want, you deserve.
I am enough.
Look in a mirror and repeat this out loud over and over again. Another corny, yet super tip is to record yourself on your phone saying "You are enough" (as if your speaking to your inner child). Listen to it every time you have doubts that what you want, desire, and deserve makes a difference in today's world.
Less versus More
What you think, speak, and do directly affects your list.
Carve out time to do the MORE and let go of the LESS. It is a choice.
Focus on what will provide stability, strength, and safety. Then you will feel light and love throughout your entirety. The world needs more of that;)
Take a look at your list and see what you can change TODAY to begin to ground into what you want more of.
