Where there is challenge, there is growth. As you are practicing, notice what the challenge feels like for you.
It could be the mind chatter directing your next move from continuing on past your edge or allowing you to modify to honor yourself.
It could be your physical strength, flexibility, stamina, and/or balance is or is not being challenged. Some of us are hungry to 'feel the burn', while others stop as soon as it happens. That phrase is just an example;)
It could be emotions rise. What do you do to acknowledge them, to truly see them while staying in the practice?
Kundalini yoga meets all those corners of your life. Leave room for you to acknowledge and observe to respond possibly in a more encouraging manner. Imagine teaching that inner child in you to ride a bike for the first time.
