When I think about building strength, courage needs to accompany the journey. At some point, you will be tempted by your mind to fall back into old patterns because it was easier and more known.
As your truths have been unfolding, what have you learned about yourself?
Transformation happens when you decide to grow even when it isn't easy. You may need to shed old ways of thinking, acting, people, and environments to become what you wish to see and feel in your life.
It takes courage and strength to walk this path. Behind those characteristics is the greatest feeling of all ~ LOVE!
