Breath of Fire has so many benefits including:
boost brain function and energizes
improve respiratory system
strengthen abdominal muscles
We will be using this breath off and on throughout our 40-day sadhana. Don't worry if you didn't get it today. Practice makes everything easier;)
Keynotes are even inhalation and exhalation while forcing the navel to the spine on exhalation.
Sa Ta Na Ma kriya or chant is for New Beginnings.
