Move the Breath to Move Your Life.
It sounds simple. What if we train ourselves to take deep breaths when being confronted with a challenge? This moment or chapter of your life could be one of growth and adversity.
Imagine if we taught ourselves to slow down to deeply move fresh new air through the diaphragm into the base of our lungs, and exhale completely squeezing out stale and stagnant waste from within.
Just the sound of this makes me believe there is power in daily breath exercises. Our natural breath is one that rides the wave of our lung's ability and the response of our nervous system.
Like most things in our physical body, the lungs and diaphragm can be worked to strengthen and repair themselves in most cases. It is truly magical and science-approved!
