At the beginning of class, we allow ourselves to ground in where we are in the body and our environment. This technique is very effective when feeling disconnected, anxious, or overwhelmed by emotions and thoughts. The next time you feel like you are spinning out of control, remember to "squeeze and see" to shift into a space of grounding in gratitude in where you are physically.
