It is cathartic. It will allow relief as you direct your voice, belly, and movements. It is an aid to clearing out the "shoulda, woulda, couldas" in your patterns, thoughts, and actions to create possibilities.
Transformation and manifestation happen within this work. It is where we face our self-sabotaging and self-limiting beliefs. It is with conviction we begin to make better choices in alignment with where we want change. It needs the power felt and heard within this brilliant chant.
If you haven't heard or felt this space within you, may I suggest you let her roar?!
This is the shakti within you, The Warrior. By the way, those of you who identify as men have her within you too;)
