When wishing for something new, how do you create room for it?
This morning, I made a list of the things I wish 'less' of and the things I want 'more' of. It is kind of like creating a pros and cons list. Let me encourage you to not place good or bad, positive or negative on what arises. This is more about facing some realities and carving out space for possibilities.
For instance;
LESS worry, stress, busyness, procrastination, fear, sleepless night, guilt, impatience, debt, poor food choices, pain, and social media.
MORE energy, patience, creativity, joy, peace, stillness, money, freedom, and time spent in nature, with family, and creatively building.
To create new we need to identify what takes up residency in our minds, bodies, and hearts. Make a list and I will elaborate more tomorrow;)
