When we speak, think, and act from this place, we are aligned with our intuition and/or the heart. It feels good, supportive, and safe.
It takes awareness and practice to adjust to what you desire. Old habits, self-limiting beliefs, and life's hardships can bring us into a state of hardness. You may experience pain and suffering physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Keep showing and meet yourself where you are. Allow yourself space to change to what you want to feel, be, and see in your world. You deserve it!
